Note: Email response time from the behavioral health team is typically 48 hours.

Our nurses are trained to manage both behavioral health and primary medical conditions, providing an integrated approach to care. They offer personalized support for patients with comorbid conditions, ensuring that their physical and mental health needs are met for a more complete healthcare experience.

Our social workers have specialized training to address challenges that may affect your patients’ health, particularly their behavioral health. They can assist with issues like securing housing that supports recovery, navigating public benefits and addressing any other social determinants of health that may create barriers to care.

Our peer support specialists offer unique assistance, drawing from their own experiences with mental health, trauma or substance use. Certified in their roles, they provide mentoring, listening and support to patients, helping them through their recovery journey by fostering connection and understanding.
